# MMS can be sent to the US and CA phone numbers only

## Error description

Wavix only allows sending MMS messages to the US and Canadian phone numbers.

## How to fix it

Ensure the destination number originates from the US or Canada. You can use the Wavix Number validator — available in the API or the Customer portal — to verify the number and its type.
