# Destination forbidden

## Error description

Wavix couldn't send the message to the destination number due to administrative restrictions.

## How to fix it

Contact [support@wavix.com](mailto:support@wavix.com) and include the following details:

* Sender ID
* Destination number
* The date and time of the message
