# The destination number is no longer active and should be removed from any subscriptions

## Error description

This error usually occurs when sending to US or Canadian numbers. Wavix received a delivery report (DLR) showing that the destination phone number is no longer active.

## How to fix it

Remove the phone number from your contact list to avoid sending future messages to it.
