Email campaigns let you reach your customers in their inbox, alongside your SMS and voice communications. The Wavix team sends each campaign for you, from your own domain.

How email campaigns work

Email campaigns are a managed service. You don’t build or send the campaign yourself:
  1. Request access. Contact the Wavix team with your use case and expected volume. Wavix reviews each request individually.
  2. Authenticate your domain. After approval, the Wavix team gives you the DNS records to add to your sending domain. These records prove to mailbox providers that Wavix can send email on your behalf.
  3. Send your campaign brief. Share your recipient list, email content, and schedule with the Wavix team.
  4. Get your results. The Wavix team sends the campaign and shares the campaign report with you.

Email content

  • HTML emails with your own design, images, and links.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to desktop and mobile screens.
  • Reusable templates for recurring campaigns.

Your own domain

Emails come from an address on your domain, such as news@example.com. Domain authentication helps your emails reach the inbox instead of the spam folder.

Personalization

Add placeholders to the subject line, content, and links, such as the customer name or an account number. The Wavix team fills them in for each recipient from your recipient list.

Scheduling

Send your campaign right away or schedule it for later. You can set a delivery window, so emails arrive at the time that works best for your customers.

Recipient validation

Before sending, the Wavix team can check your recipient list for invalid or risky email addresses. Removing them protects your sender reputation.

Unsubscribe handling

Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. The campaign report lists the recipients who unsubscribed, so you can keep your recipient lists up to date.

Campaign reports

After the campaign, you get a report with deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, and spam complaints.
