Before you can start making or receiving calls, you need to have an active phone number on your Wavix account. This guide walks you through the process of selecting and purchasing a number.

Buy a phone number in the Wavix portal

To purchase a new phone number:
  1. Sign in to your Wavix account.
  2. In the top menu, click on Numbers & Trunks → Buy.
  3. Select the country and region (type of number) you want to purchase.
  4. Browse the available numbers and click Select for the ones you wish to buy.
  5. Review your selection in the Cart and click Buy now to complete the purchase.
Some numbers (such as local numbers in certain countries) require proof of address or other documentation due to local regulations. If requested, you must upload these documents in the Numbers → Documents section. The numbers will become active once our Provisioning team approves the documentation.
